APPRAISAL DEPARTMENT

          Newlin-Johnson’s appraisal department has five real estate appraisers.  Four are Indiana Certified General Appraisers and one is an Indiana Certified Residential Appraiser.  In addition, four of our appraisers are Certified Real Estate Appraisers in the State of Illinois and two of our appraisers are Certified General Appraisers in Ohio and Michigan.  Three of our appraisers hold the prestigious MAI designation as awarded by the Appraisal Institute.

          Our appraisers have over 100 years of combined experience.  We use State-of-the-Art techniques to provide our clients with quality reports and quality analysis in a timely manner.

          We are ready and willing to handle our clients’ real estate appraisal needs.
