We only accept payments for rental properties only. If you wish to pay your insurance and other fees, please contact the office @ (812) 234-3746. Credit payments are processed through PayPal but you don't have to create a PayPal account to use it. It will appear as PayPal *NewlinJohns* on your credit card statement.

NOTE: A credit card convenience fee of 3.25% will be added to your Payment Amount for use of the credit card (i.e. $400 rental payment will be charged $413).
